Last month in St.Louis
4.5 years have flown by since I put my first step here in St.Louis. Now I know the name of every building on campus, know how to get to most of the places around here, and I even know a clerk at Schnucks that he never asks me for a photo I.D. when I buy my wine. I think I am ready to leave this town and get started on a new one. There are things I will definitely miss though. Pho and eggrolls at Mai Lee, steamed pork buns at Lulu’s, gatsudon at Seki, church’s chicken, chili dogs at Lopata gallery, buffalo chicken caesar sandwich at bear’s den, and oh! U-city grill, cheap cigarettes from Xpress mart, the Brookings hall, forest park, sledding on the lawn in front of SLAM, forest park parkway, Cue and Cushion, and last but not least, the Gateway Arch. It’s kinda sad I have never actually been on the top of the arch, maybe after the finals we should take the tram up to the top in celebration of my graduation.
